It would be great to be able to create virtual signs for rooms eg. if using rooms for breakout sessions, text which pops up when you enter the room to say what time the session starts

Similar to Room Area titles the participants in a circle conversation can be allowed to set a topic or agenda.
Compared to the area titles which are permanent, static and persistent the topic / agenda can be transient and will be active as long as the circle is active.
While the area titles are configured and edited by the room owners, setting the Circle topics and agenda should be left with the participants.

When you enter an area, you can pick up material to do with that area, without needing someone to stay there and present. Maybe a picture, music and topics to discuss. Ideal for prayer stations/spaces where people can come and go easily.

It would be great if one can add an image to a created area in the room. For example an image of a reception for the reception area.

As a user this just sounds complicated. Yes, we would like to be able to "position" areas. What we do instead is to use a background image with "areas" instead of the official areas. So we can make do with the current system.

Missing Tablet/mobile support means people can't even join. In that case, we need to use Zoom or Hangouts instead.

This would also be ideal for poster sessions or art galleries. Where the presenter wants to go wandering too and leave their poster behind for others to discuss and interact with. If each area had say four pictures or posters - that would make a great event!

I also would have expected to associate a specific uploadable background for each area. It would be sufficient if that image pops up for people when they enter the room - like the pictures of persons present in that room

we would like to broadcast within a circle (not only within the room), when will this be possible?

e.g. if an entertainer or a manager needs to broadcast something to the people within a specific circle (and not the whole room)?
